LAGREE AT THE BOX
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact full body workout method that focuses on strength, endurance, core, balance, and flexibility.
At The Box Lagree Studio, Lagree is performed on a machine called the Megaformer Pro, but also through a brand new class called Mat Based Lagree. The Megaformer Pro uses springs and pulleys to create constant tension and resistance during slow, controlled movements. It combines strength, cardio, and core work in one session using slow, controlled movements that are tough on muscles but gentle on joints. While Mat Based Lagree will not be performed on a machine, the method is still the same focusing on the slow, intense, Lagree burn that the method is known for. Muscles will still be engaged, working harder to stabilize, control, and challenge you to find your limits.
THE POWER OF LAGREE
Strong. Efficient. Transformative.
Sculpt every muscle group.
Lagree combines resistance and time under tension to activate deep stabilizing muscles for a comprehensive strength workout in every session.
Maximum efficiency.
Lagree combines strength and cardio in a single session to keep your heart rate up while building lean muscle.
Gentle on joints.
Designed to be safe and sustainable, Lagree uses slow, controlled movements that protect your body while pushing your muscles to the limit.
Strength—inside and out.
Every move begins at the core, improving posture, balance, and total-body control — both on and off the machine.
Noticeable change.
Whether you're looking to tone, strengthen, or improve endurance, the Lagree Method delivers transformative, lasting results.
Focus and flow intentionally.
With slow tempo and precision, Lagree challenges both body and mind, enhancing body awareness and mental clarity.
Opening Fall 2025
The Box Lagree Studio is a space where strength meets intention, and fitness becomes a vehicle for personal growth, connection and impact. We’ll be offering workouts on the Megaformer Pro, Lagree-based mat classes, and meditation sessions.

“Lagree doesn’t just sculpt your body—it reshapes your whole mindset. With every slow, controlled movement, you’re building physical strength and mental resilience.”
